My name is Maddie. I’m Adam’s girlfriend and mother to his children. We have 2 kids with 1 more on the way. A little background for those who need it. Thursday morning, Adam had a major cardiac episode that was triggered by an underlying condition called W.P.W (Woolf Parkinson’s White disorder). He flatlined for 38 minutes and the lack of oxygen during those minutes caused major organ failure and extensive brain damage from which he was unable to recover. Adam is the love of my life and I never expected to lose him at 23 years old. I need some help for such an unexpected tragedy. We are raising money to help cover funeral costs in the coming days.
