Help Adam with living costs post transplant 2

Hello, my name is Jez and I'm trying to raise money to help Adam cover the cost of living after his second transplant.

Adam had a heart transplant 30 years ago at the age of 9 after 5 major heart operations. His current medication unfortunately deteriorated his kidneys leading him to be put on peritoneal dialysis which in turn caused a hernia so he was put on hemodialysis after the hernia repair.

He's now recovering from a kidney transplant.

Adam was denied aid by the government because he was 'apparently not not ill enough' and had to work right through kidney dialysis as he is self employed.

Adam strives to be the best he can and has also raised alot of money for charity himself. We also went out looking for and found Zeus the missing Dogue de Bordeaux!!

Adam is a keen fell runner and gym goer and strives to make his donor's proud.

Please give what you can and help this guy get back on his feet during a long recovery back to full fitness.
