Help Trail Builder Adam West get back on the Trails
Donation protected
My name is David Spory, as far fetched as it may be to reach out asking for donations for something like this. I believe a lot of us are good humans that just constantly can’t catch a break.
My life long best friend, riding mate, and fellow trail builder Adam West has been devoting his life to trail building for the last 8 years laying down some of the best and well known trail work In Bentonville, Eureka Springs, Lake Leatherwood, and other spots in the NWA, along with work for nonprofit organizations in Colorado and Texas doing work for the community multi-use trails. Adam’s job is more spiritually rewarding than it is financial at times. He camps the majority of the time out of his truck and rarely spoils himself with a room at a hotel. Needless to say his work requires him to ride miles and miles on his bike to and from the actively progressing trail. Currently he’s riding 13 miles round trip everyday through tough mountain trails. In the days off when he can’t be on the clock, he enjoys venturing to as many riding spots as he can get in that are close to where he’s building. Two days ago he stopped and stayed at a motel in Idaho Springs, Colorado. His bike locked tight, parked close, in a spot surrounded by cameras. Needless to say, thieves don’t really have a care in the world.
As much as this strikes deep with me, it strikes deeper for him. He did not and would not ask me to do this, but I feel for as hard working and good of a human Adam is. I don’t want this to be something that makes him literally walking away from his trail building career. He does incredible work out there so people can get out and enjoy nature! Please help me replace his bike and means of work commuting!
