Help My Best Friend Adam Through His Toughest Battle

My name is Antoinette, but Adam, well he calls me Toni, and I’m raising funds for my best friend of over 25 years, Adam. If you know Adam, you know how giving, selfless, and caring he is. He has always been the first to show up for the people he loves — including me. When I lost both of my parents, Adam was the very first person at my side, helping me through my darkest days. Ever since, he has been my chosen family. I spend holidays with him and his loved ones, and he’s been my anchor through every high and low.

Adam has been battling end-stage renal failure since 2014. For nearly a decade, he endured the grueling process of hemodialysis until 2023, when he was able to switch to at-home peritoneal dialysis. Sadly, in September 2025, he developed a serious infection that sent him to the hospital for two weeks, required surgery to remove his catheter, and forced him back onto in-center hemodialysis — a process that takes a heavy toll on his body and makes it hard to work.

This health crisis has left him with overwhelming medical bills, equipment costs, and lost wages — and on top of it all, his home is now in foreclosure. Adam has already endured so much, including the loss of his own father in 2021, and yet he continues to be a source of love and support to those around him.

I am asking for help to give Adam what he has always given others: compassion, care, and hope. Every donation will go toward medical expenses, living costs, and helping him save his home so he can focus on healing.
