Help Adam Restore His Vision and Continue Serving

If you know my mom and stepdad Adam, you know they would never ask for help even when they really need it.

Adam has served in the special weapons and tactics unit (SWAT) for 7 years, and law enforcement for over 10 years, with 8 of those years being in Brevard. He has spent his life protecting other people, which means putting their safety before his own. He’s the kind of person who never complains, never asks for recognition, and always shows up, no matter what. But right now, he’s facing something that he can’t power through on his own.

He’s losing his vision in both eyes due to a condition that requires surgery. There are specialized lenses that will allow him effectively and safely do his job, but they come at a steep cost of $3,000 per eye and insurance does not cover them.

They are spread thin with finances, and options, and worried about how they are going to make this happen.
