Help Adam Recover from the Marshall Fire
Donation protected
Hi,
My friend Adam Ciesielski lost his home in the Marshall Fire. The fire swept quickly and uncontrollably through Boulder County on Thursday December 30th and was the most destructive in Colorado history. They are estimating that 991 structures were destroyed with another 127 damaged. Most of the structures were homes.
Adam was working when the fire started and it all happened so quickly that he was unable to return home in time to grab anything. No clothing, heirlooms, photo albums, mementos or any other personal possessions. He just has the clothes on his back. His home as well as his entire neighborhood are completely gone.
Please consider donating to help Adam stabilize so he can have what he needs through this devastating loss.
If you'd prefer to help or donate outside of go fund me please feel free to reach out.
He has not yet seen their home as the neighborhood is still blocked off entirely by police and military vehicles. Although, they do know that it is gone. A neighbor told them that they road a bike over today and the entire neighborhood is gone. The Boulder Office of Emergency Management has also listed his address as one of the homes completely destroyed.
The disbelief that he has lost everything hasn’t even fully set in. Please help by donating any amount you can. Any amount helps if we can work together.
I am a close friend and coworker of Adam’s. These funds will be used towards essential items such as clothing, food, paying bills and rebuilding his home. All of the donations will go directly to Adam and we will post an update as soon as we can.
