I never imagined I would be in a position where I needed to ask for help, but today I’m raising funds for myself, Adam, as I face one of the hardest chapters of my life. After weeks of having more and more trouble walking, I finally went to the hospital and learned devastating news: I had contracted a severe flesh-eating bacterial infection in my foot while fishing. By the time doctors discovered how much damage had been done to the tissue and bone, they had to amputate my left foot to stop the infection from spreading further. That moment changed everything. I’ve been overwhelmed, scared, and heartbroken as I try to process what happened and what life will look like moving forward.
I’m now focused on healing and adjusting to this new reality, but the financial strain has been heavy. I’m currently unemployed, and tattooing was not only my job, but something I truly loved. Being away from that work for a long time during recovery has made this even harder. The support from this fundraiser will help me cover medical bills, surgery expenses, prosthetic costs, and living expenses while I recover and learn how to rebuild my life. If you’re able to help in any way, whether through a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or sending prayers and positive energy, I would be deeply grateful. Thank you for standing with me as I work toward healing and finding my footing again.
