We are reaching out on behalf of our beloved friend and family member, Adam, whose life has taken an unexpected and difficult turn. What was initially thought to be a simple procedure to remove a lump in his chest has revealed something far more serious: a burst lymph node and a tumor, linked to melanoma.

What began as a straightforward surgery has now left Adam with an open wound in his chest wall, requiring specialized care. He is currently under the care of a dedicated medical team at the University of Michigan, working tirelessly to develop a treatment plan for his complex and rare case. Adam is undergoing extensive testing to confirm that the cancer has not spread to other lymph nodes, his bones, or his blood. Once the full scope of his diagnosis is clear, Adam will begin immunotherapy soon and follow with chemotherapy to give him the best chance at beating this disease.

Despite these challenges, Adam remains strong and optimistic about the future. His fiancée, Cindy, has been by his side every step of the way, providing unwavering support during this difficult time. Unfortunately, Adam has been out of work for the past two months, and the financial strain is growing. Frequent trips to specialists, mounting medical bills, and living expenses have become overwhelming.
