I've recently been diagnosed with a torn Labrum and Bone Spurs in my right hip. Being disabled I only have Medi-Care insurance and learned that $1500 in procedures that are part of my surgery are not covered. This amount is more than what I make from SSI Disability in a single month and the doctor requires that I pay this amount before he will do the surgery.
