My name is Aaron, and I have set this page up to help my best friend Adam. 

On Wednesday the 25th August, on his usual cycle home from work, Adam was involved in a serious RTC.

Riding in the cycle lane, as always, a car cut in front of him with no warning, giving Adam no time to stop. 

We are still finding out the full extent of his injuries, but at present we know he has:

▪️Fractured & chipped his c5 vertebrae 
▪️Shattered both his Ulna & Radius (forearm)
▪️ Snapped his Humerus (upperarm) 
▪️ Torn the tendons in his knee
▪️ Torn his kneecap so badly he may need a skin graft to sort it
▪️ Dislocated his elbow
▪️ Scraped half his face off and cut his eyebrow open on the road 

Adam is very lucky to be alive, and he has a long road ahead of him to even begin recovery, which will be slow, painful and will mean he misses out on so much with his 2 little children  Phoebe and Freddie. 

All of your kind donations will go towards Adams recovery, physiotherapy and any equipment he will need to help get back on his feet and spending quality time with his young family as soon as possible.
