My name is Jackie, and together with my mother, I am reaching out on behalf of my dad, Adam. Adam is currently facing the toughest battle of his life: stage four cancer. Just six months ago, he also suffered a stroke, and since then, his medical needs have grown in ways we never could have imagined. While he does have insurance, it unfortunately does not cover many of the essential supplies he needs every day. We have used all of our savings trying to keep up, but the costs have become overwhelming, and we simply cannot afford everything he requires on our own.

Adam needs daily essentials like Depends pull-ups, underpads for his bed and chairs, disposable wipes, Ensure shakes, gripping socks, a walker with a seat, disposable gloves, disinfectant spray, and other personal care items. He also needs a TV tray table to help make his days a little easier. These items are crucial for his comfort, dignity, and care at home. We are hoping to raise enough to cover about six months’ worth of his uncovered medical supplies and equipment. Any contribution will go directly toward these essential expenses and will help us continue to provide the care he needs over the next six months.
