Help Adam Cozzens Recover and Heal

Help Adam Cozzens cover his medical bills from a life-saving procedure. In April of 2025, Adam had to undergo a life-saving medical operation which required an emergency flight to Glenwood Springs.
A week later, Adam had a complication related to this health issue and had to take another emergency flight to Glenwood Springs. In addition to his two emergency medical flights, Adam has bills for three ER visits, two ambulance rides, and three emergency surgeries. He and his family are now struggling to manage tens of thousands of dollars worth of bills. Adam is a dedicated father of two.
- A $10-$20 donation will help Adam and his family cover some of the fuel costs associated with transport to and from Glenwood Springs.
- A $100 donation will significantly help Adam pay off his initial ER visit bills
- A $500 donation will significantly ease the financial burden on Adam and his family from the cost of his life-saving operations
