Help Adam Cover Life-Saving Medical Bills

On Tuesday September 10th I suffered a heart attack and thought it was just a reflux episode. I went to my Doctor and she ran an EKG and blood test on me and made me promise that if symptoms came back to go straight to the ER I promised I would. On Thursday morning the symptoms came back and my wife rushed me to Tempe ST. Lukes hospital. I was taken in immediately despite not having health insurance. Within 45 mins I was diagnosed as having had a heart attack and was being seen by a cardiologist. The cardiologist immediately had me taken to a surgical suite for an angiogram. The angiogram revealed a 100% blockage of my right coronary artery. Without missing a beat the Dr. continued forward with an angioplasty and inserted a stent to keep the artery open. I was to spend the next 6 hour flat on my back. After the 6 hour recovery I was tested again. I had 3 ultrasounds to assess damage to my heart, I had multiple other tests done as well. 10 hours later I was released and the cardiologist commented that after surgery I have the heart of a 20 year old and that the attack did no permanent damage to my heart. I cannot thank the cardiac and ER team at Tempe ST. Lukes enough for the quick response and the courtesy shown to me during this episode. I am home and resting and will not be able to work for a few days but the problem has been fixed and I feel MUCH better than I did. I am running this go fund me to help pay the medical bills that will follow as my follow up appointments will be $250 each. I currently am not working but will be back to my gig work by the end of the week. This means I will be a week behind on all my bills with a brand new huge ER bill and medically necessary follow up appointments until I can afford insurance again. I am not able to sign up for even minimal insurance coverage until 11/1/2024 and would not be effective until December. Please help if you are able. Thank you all. Adam
