My son, Adam, was diagnosed with kidney disease at just 2 years old due to an infection. This past December, at 22 years old, we received the devastating news that he is now in end-stage renal failure. He undergoes dialysis three times a week, along with numerous medical appointments in between.

Because of his condition, Adam is unable to work full-time. While we have insurance, it doesn’t cover everything, and the medical bills are quickly piling up.
