Help Adam Avoid Foreclosure and Recover from Surgeries

Ok... here goes... 5/29/2025

For the past year, I have been trying to get back on my feet after the multiple heart surgeries and procedures.

As many of you know, the last few years have been fraught with health challenges, preventing me from earning money to live.

Many of you sent prayers and love for my heart surgeries.

I would not have made it through without your support, kind words, and most importantly, your love and prayers. I am forever grateful to all of you.

Unfortunately, my journey back to health is far from over. It took a turn for the worst, recently.

I was diagnosed with iron-deficient anemia last month. I recently had iron infusions, which finally provided some relief for my persistent fatigue and exhaustion.

The procedures, itself, was exhausting and did a number on my body, but helped me to feel better. Thank G-D. I have a colonoscopy and endoscopy and other tests scheduled in the coming weeks.

I was also diagnosed with Silent Sinus Syndrome. (I had never heard of it either). A rare and serious sinus and eye condition, I require a CT and a series of tests and procedures, which are being scheduled now.

My orthopedic surgeon informed me that I will need 2 additional spine fusion surgeries, since the other 2 that I had years ago have failed. CT scan are scheduled. The back surgeries will have to wait a month or so.

They say bad things come in threes. Hopefully, these three are IT!

Well friends... I am in critical need of your help. I have fallen behind in paying my HOA and mortgage, which I must pay by the beginning of next week, or risk immediate foreclosure.

My only wish is to get back on my feet and support my lifestyle as I have done for the better part of my life.

Unfortunately, It has been one challenge after another for me. I put both my mother and father to rest in 2018 and 2020 without family or assistance.

With the grace of G-D, until recently, I have been able to handle most of my monthly expenses with savings and liquidation sales.

Why am I telling you all this?

Because you are all my friends, my colleagues, my mentors, and distant friends that I grew up with. Folks I always got along with and people I have always had tremendous respect for.

I can use some friends right now. I am nearing the end of my rope. I have no family. I am trying desperately to keep my composure and carry on... This is way too much for 1 person to handle.

I have always been a very private person and self-sufficient, but there comes a point where you must put your tail between your legs and ask for help. That point is now. I need your help.

As previously mentioned, it is a very difficult and humbling experience to air your personal business to friends, colleagues, and some strangers. But if I don't ask for help, urgently, I could lose my home in the coming days. Yes By Next Week.

Again...I humbly ask for your urgent financial assistance.

I truly believe in the power of community. I am thanking you in advance for giving what you can. If the tables were turned, you know that I will be there for you in a heartbeat.

I look forward to getting back to full physical and financial health in the coming months.

Unfortunately for me, these newly surfaced medical issues are preventing me from working right now.

Finally, during my visit with the orthopedic surgeon, I was informed that the two back surgeries will be performed 1 week apart, with 6 to 8 weeks of recovery time with no bending or lifting thereafter.

Again, I apologize for putting this on you, my friends, but I have no other choice at this time. I am so grateful for each of you, and will always be here to help any of you, when I can.
