Help Adam and James Through This Tragic Loss

On April 11th, our beloved Marie left this world far too soon. A daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife, a friend. Now, that light is gone. And in the aftermath, we are trying to hold up the people she loved most: her husband, Adam, and their sweet son, James.

Marie’s passing has left an unimaginable hole in our family. But for Adam, it’s more than heartbreak — it’s now also a financial storm. Adam owns his own small business and pays out of pocket for his health insurance. He is the sole provider for James, who has ongoing medical needs that require bi-weekly trips to Mayo Clinic to have his leg casts changed. These trips are time-consuming, emotionally exhausting, and expensive. On top of that, there are funeral costs, therapy expenses, and the simple, sacred need for space to grieve. He’s left to pick up the pieces, to comfort their son, and to carry a heartbreak no one should have to bear alone.
