I am in danger of losing the home my dogs and I have built a life in over the last 5 years.

We are in a seller-carried contract and must refinance or pay off the home by December to keep it. Unfortunately, the cost of fixing the home is so outrageous that I can't qualify for refinancing.

Our only hope is to raise the money to keep our home. We only owe 70k, but that seems so far off, given that my savings were emptied out from my dog's cancer battle.
