Help Adam, a Veteran, Find a Safe Home

My dad, Adam, is a disabled veteran who has been struggling with housing and various other expenses. Currently, he is in a veteran shelter; however, they are trying to kick him out next week due to an altercation because of his dog. He thought a man kicked the dog, so he yelled at him, and that was all. Regardless, they want him out.

He can't pay for his phone service anymore, and on top of everything, his truck got stolen. My sister was able to pay to get it out of a tow yard, but something is wrong with the transmission (it was likely either stolen or the fluid leaked, but we aren't sure yet).

We are just looking to find him a place to stay, get his truck working, and possibly get him on another phone plan. He cannot find a job that will keep him; he was a land surveyor, but the past two companies didn't have the money to keep him anymore. Anything helps.
