My name is Adalyn, and for the past few years, I've faced a lot of health challenges that have changed the course of my life. Growing up, I always dreamed of moving out of state at 18 and attending a police academy in Virginia. Unfortunately, due to my health, I can no longer follow that path. Instead, I've found a new passion: studying behavioral science. I want to use what I've learned from my own experiences to help others and make a difference in the world.

I've been emailing with my dream schools in Florida and Hawaii, and I have a promising chance of getting in. Even after receiving some scholarship and grant money, I still don't have enough to cover all the costs. My mom has worked so hard to provide for me, and now I want to put everything she's taught me to good use by pursuing my education and building a better future.

The funds I raise here will go directly toward food, housing, tuition, books, gas for commuting, plane tickets, and a backup savings to help me stay on track.
