We’re trying to raise money for Adaline’s 8th Birthday on December 2nd to help her get the adaptive equipment she needs to stay safe, healthy, and happy.

We’d love for you to meet our amazing girl, Adaline. She’s full of light, laughter, and the kind of determination that inspires everyone who meets her. Adaline has Pitt Hopkins Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects her mobility, coordination, and overall health, but it doesn’t stop her from spreading joy wherever she goes.

Over the years, we’ve learned how important adaptive equipment is for Adaline’s safety, comfort, and independence. Unfortunately, the equipment she needs most has been denied by insurance three times. We’ve done everything we can through the usual channels, but the options we’ve been offered just aren’t meeting her needs.

As a family, we’re looking for quality, long-term, and sustainable solutions that truly support Adaline’s lifelong needs, things like a bed designed for disabled individuals that can be changed easily and safely by a caregiver, and adaptive equipment that not only meets Adaline’s physical needs but also helps protect the health and well-being of those who care for her. The care options available to us right now are limited, so we’re turning to our community, to the people who love and believe in Adaline, for support.

Here’s what we’re raising funds for:

An Adaptive Tricycle – This isn’t just for fun (though she’ll definitely have fun with it!). It helps keep Adaline’s GI tract moving and strengthens her muscles. It’s exercise, therapy, and freedom all in one.

A Safe, Supportive Stroller – Finding a stroller that’s sturdy and safe enough for an 8-year-old isn’t easy, but it’s essential for Adaline to get out and about safely, to appointments, the park, and all the little adventures she loves.

️ An Adaptive Bed – This bed will help keep her safe at night while also giving caregivers a practical and ergonomic way to assist with dressing and brief changes. It’s about safety, dignity, and creating a space that’s both secure and sustainable for Adaline and those who love her.

We’ve fought hard to get these things covered through the proper channels, but after so many denials and delays, we’re asking for help. It’s not easy to reach out, but we know Adaline deserves equipment that will support her for the long haul, and we’d love to make it happen in time for her birthday.
