Thank you for taking the time to visit our page. And hello! We’re the mum, dad and a the star of the show, 3-year-old Ada. We'll really appreciate your help in our journey.
Ada is full term emergency caesarean baby and it turned cordon was around her neck. She always liked everything in her on own way and moved on her back. She was diagnosed with hypotonia and severe developmental delay around 15 months because everyone says wait and see and eventually they move around. Right now genetic test and MRI scans are in progress and just waiting for results.
She is able to sit despite weak core but protects her stability at all cost. In case she wants something, her stability comes first and uses very high volume crying sound to get help. She is able to stand up a couple of seconds and build up really good strength.
We already exhausted NHS regular therapies and tried some private sessions. Since everything takes time in the health system to get diagnosis, we don't want to wait anymore and focus on more therapies. We are aiming for intensive sessions and building her courage and communication.
Ada so desperately wants to communicate and gain some physical independence. If you’re able to help us give her a voice of her own and take her first steps, we would be really grateful.
