Exciting news! Acisse Jay & The Gents have won the Triangle Blues Society’s competition and are heading to Memphis in January to compete in the International Blues Challenge! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to showcase our music on a national stage, and we couldn’t be more excited.

About the Band:

Acisse Jay is a powerhouse vocalist and songwriter who has been making waves in the blues scene with her soulful voice and commanding stage presence. Backed by The Gents—Jack Bradley (lead guitar), Nicholas Farrington (drums), Samuel Reid (keys), and Matthew Grady (bass)—this dynamic group has a unique blend of modern blues, classic soul, and rock that leaves every audience wanting more. Together, they bring a fresh energy to the genre, paying homage to blues legends while adding their own modern twist.
