Help Ace with emergency treatment for his legs

 My name is Tanvir and this is my dog Ace. I have two dogs but I tragically lost one today when a car hit them, her name was Nessa. She is gone now and Ace is left with serious injuries to his hind legs, which are now broken and are in need of EMERGENCY treatment. Your help is greatly appreciated, please help me get treatment for my dog. I have attached the images of the injuries below.
