Update: Ace has a vet appointment Wednesday November 12th. He will have a very thorough exam, blood work and microchipped. As we all know, vet appointments are not cheap. This will determine how severe the injury is and when the surgery will be scheduled. I am sure Ace will need extra items for his aftercare. Please continue to donate and share. Thank you.

Recently, I fixed one of my colony kitties who is estimated to be 6 months old. He had a bad limp and I was told by the vet that he needs a leg amputaion. I was shocked! I was asked if i wanted him to be euthanized. I decided against it because he deserves a fighting chance. Ace is the sweetest little thing. He can live a long, healthy, and pain free life. The total estimated cost for the surgery is still unknown, but the amputation can range from $800 to 3,000 and that includes post-operative care. Unfortunately, this amount is beyond my current financial capabilities. I do have a rescue that is helping, but as many people know, rescues are having a hard time even keeping there doors open. I'm reaching out to friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers for support. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us closer to our goal.
