Hi, everyone with a heavy heart I am creating this GoFundMe for my grandmother who is currently hospitalized.
Early Wednesday morning we were notified that our grandmother, Maria Ines, also known as Nina Mari (currently visiting El Salvador), suffered a stroke. She was taken to a hospital in which they did not give us any hope of surviving. We later found out that she was not being treated as she needed in order to survive. Since then my grandfather and their children made the decision to transfer her to a hospital that has all the equipment, doctors, nurses, and specialists, to make sure Abuela will overcome this.
The hospital is charging $2,500 - 3,000per day. Both her and my grandfather are retired and their children have been impacted by COVID.
We would really appreciate, especially her, any help that is given. No matter the amount, it could help us pay for the bill and bring her back to the United States.
