My name is Abood Elsayed from Gaza. I sustained severe injuries during the war, which significantly affected the peripheral nerves in my right hand and both feet, as many shrapnel fragments still remain lodged in various parts of my body.

My family’s home was completely destroyed, and in a single moment we found ourselves stripped of all our possessions. I am a lawyer seeking to continue my studies toward a master’s degree in Europe and to receive appropriate medical treatment to restore my health and youth, none of which will be possible unless I am able to leave Gaza.

I have already been officially admitted to the University of Pavia in Italy. Thanks to your incredible support, I was able to raise the funds needed to pay my university tuition fees. I am deeply grateful to everyone who made this possible.

I am now asking for your support once again to help cover the financial requirements for my student visa, including the proof of sufficient funds required to live in Italy during the academic year.

This opportunity would give me the chance to leave Gaza and rebuild my life. It would allow me to access the medical care I need, continue my education, and also give me the hope of returning to Kung Fu, a sport that has always been a passion of mine and that the war has taken away from me.
