Help Abigail's Dad on His Road to Recovery

My name is Abigail. We recently received the call that my father was found unresponsive and was airlifted after a major stroke. He also has an aneurysm in his brain. His recovery will be a long, turning road. He is currently in the neurology ICU and will need rehab for his brain damage, which can include lack of speech, motor skills being impaired, and memory loss. He is not only a father to 4, but a grandfather to 2. His entire family could tell you he is a funny, smart, stubborn man. We live in Florida, but he is in the ICU in Virginia. Any funds raised will be used for his rehabilitation process and possible transport expenses due to the distance between home and the hospital.
