In 2023, Abigail only 14 years old at the time, was diagnosed with a Giant Cell Tumor in her right knee. After undergoing extensive surgery to remove it, and a very painful and long rehab to be able to walk again, we thought the worst was behind us.

Unfortunately we were wrong.

Eight months later, the tumor came back. At only 15 years old, Abigail now faces a second devastating ordeal - surgery, rehab and being away from school and friends all over again.

Except this time, she needs treatment that isn't available here in Canada, this is her best hope to keep the tumor gone forever.

We now need to raise funds to bring our family to Israel - the only place in the world that offers the surgery Abigail needs to live a normal life. This will be tremendously expensive, and we are asking for your help to cover the costs of travel, surgery, accommodations and other expenses. Abigail will need at least 2-3 months recovery in Israel before she can come back to Canada to continue her rehab process.
