Hello! I am Abi. I'm an alpine skier and member of the British Alpine FIS Squad, ranked 4th in the country for Slalom.

I started my journey as a ski racer aged 7 at Sandown Park Ski Race Club and for the past 15 years have given everything for the sport that I love. Along the way, I have won numerous National Titles, International podiums and been honoured to have represented Team GB at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Erzurum/Plandoken in 2017 and been selected for World Junior Championships in Davos 2018, Val di Fassa 2019 and Bansko 2021.

Now at a turning point in my career, I am looking to qualify for the GB Europa Cup/World Cup team, with my longer term goals being World Champs 2025 and Olympics 2026. Being only 3 points above the 35 point qualification for the Europa Cup Team, I know this is achievable.

As my skiing has progressed to higher levels however, so too have the costs of training, travel & equipment and without any funding from GB Snowsport, I am left needing to raise additional funds to continue. I currently am working as a cleaner for various businesses around my training schedule.

I am lucky and so very grateful to my parents, who have funded me over the years and continue to do the best they can. I am thankful also to The Ladies Ski Club and Sporthotel Kogler for their financial donations and other sponsors who have been generous with subsidies for my equipment.

In order to attract the type of corporate sponsorship that professional athletes can enjoy, I need to get past this final hurdle, which brings me to asking you, family, friends, or anyone who shares a dream to win, to support me by donating to my fundraiser.

I am certain that with your support, I will achieve more than 7 year old Abi ever could have imagined.
