On the evening of September 20th, my best friend's (Samantha) partner of 20 years and the father of her children, Abel, was in a horrific motorcycle accident, where he was dragged for nearly a mile after the initial crash.

Colorado State Patrol is still looking for the perpetrator(s). (story below)

Abel has been fighting for his life, undergoing numerous procedures and surgeries, but nonetheless, he is fighting.

My friends will have a very long fight ahead of them while having to try to maintain medical bills, living expenses and inability to work.
