As we all may have heard, our friend has been battling an unknown illness for some time now. In and out of hospital visit’s and for a long time without any answers. During that time he has been in excruciating pain and was having to take off work. On April 12th he was admitted again for this unknown crippling pain. He had to leave his fiancé and 1yr old baby son at home while he stayed in the hospital to finally get some answers. While there they did end up finding the mass/tumor that has been the cause of all his pain and hospital visits. After receiving the biopsy results the doctor delivered the news that the tumor is in-fact cancerous. As you can understand this has been a blow to the little family. Abel has since been hospitalized again so the doctors can try to remove some of the tumor. We are praying that the operation is successful so that our friend can start to feel some relief and is able to get home and start healing.

With all of this said, medical bills, and regular bills are adding up. Him not being able to work has made this unfortunate time even more stressful. He not only needs our prayers but he needs our help! This man is the most unselfish person I have met. He and his fiancé volunteer there time as firefighters, to help the community in their time of need. I cannot count the times he has come to lend my husband and myself a helping hand without question. And now it’s our turn to return the kindness that he has shown all of us.
