Hi my loves! My name is Caroline, I’m a U.S. citizen, and I’ve created this GoFundMe to support my friend Abdul and his family, who are enduring unimaginable suffering in Gaza.

Here is Abdul’s message, in his own words:

“My name is Abdul Karim, and I am in my twenties. I created this fundraiser to help save my family. We have been harmed deeply—I lost my older brother, and my father was seriously injured in his legs, but I haven’t been able to get him treatment. We are nine people—six adults and three children—living through unbearable days. We have no food, no medicine, and no safe shelter. We are simply trying to survive.”

Abdul and his family are among the millions trapped inside Gaza with no way out. Israel has sealed the borders and blocked humanitarian aid for months. Food, clean water, and medicine are nearly impossible to find. People are dying not only from the bombs, but from starvation and untreated injuries. This is a deliberate man-made famine.

This fundraiser is to help Abdul and his family afford the basic necessities of survival—food, drinking water, shelter, and medicine. Evacuation when possible. Their situation is urgent.
