HELP ABDUL KARIIM & HIS FAMILY

Abdul Karim, a prominent Australian Muslim daee, is currently imprisoned in Papua New Ginuea.

Abdul Karim was on a dawah and social service tour to PNG in January 2025.

His last public upate: ”Assalamu alaykum, By Allah permission 80+ Shahadas since arrival to PNG Highlands, across 3 provinces and several regions. Alhumdulillah as Masjid Hawa (named after my late Mother ROSIE/EVE Alhumdulillah) comes to completion”

Sadly as Abdul Karim was about to leave the country and walk into the international terminal, he was surrounded by security forces, charged of “cyber crime”, and detained. He was charged with making a defamatory video against an organization and is incarcerated in one of the world’s most dangerous prisons.

Since then, the organization has formally withdrawn their complaint, but Adbul Kariim remains imprisoned to date.

His wife says that he is not well, he has been neglected of medical assistance of an infection. Not only that he was beaten whilst praying.

Meanwhile Abdul Karim’s family has already spent over $9000 on all expenses trying to bail him out amongst other things which has caused his family back in Australia to suffer financially and has been told to move out of their accommodation now they are also currently without a car due to mechanical issues. They are in need of our financial support or if you are able to assist in any other way they would be very grateful.

We urge you to donate, for the sake of Allah, so Abdul Kariim can be released and return safely to his family. Also to support his family.

The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:

مَنْ نَفَّسَ عَنْ مُؤْمِنٍ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ الدُّنْيَا نَفَّسَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ

“If anyone relieves a believer from one of the hardships of this world, Allah will relieve him of one of the hardships of the Day of Resurrection.”
