HELLO BELOVED COMMUNITY



My name is Abdallah, and I’m reaching out with a plea for help for my family (my father, mother, 2-sisters and 2-brothers) and 96-years old grandmother.



We are trapped in the midst of the devastating & ongoing war in Gaza.



Every day we wake up hoping for the war to end, but fear still controls us. We seek your help to overcome this ordeal and return to our normal lives.



From the first months of the ongoing war, our warm home, which was build before the ongoing war, was unfortunately partially destroyed and become no more a liveable home.

During the ongoing war, my family and I have been displaced from our home several times, and eventually we had to leave the entire neighborhood. We were separated and scattered, each searching for shelter.



We were ordered to be evacuated several times, and we had to flee several times in the middle of the night under bombardment, fear, and massacres. This is a very frightening thing that you couldn’t imagine.

Currently we are ending up in tent in the street in khanyounis city. Life in the streets was harsh, but it was our only glimmer of hope for survival. We spent more than nine months under unbearable conditions.



The situation here is getting worse, and diseases are spreading due to the displacement to tents with the rising temperatures, which is the reason for the emergence of skin diseases that affect our children as a contagious disease, and the lack of safe drinking water is also the reason for the spread of the liver epidemic that affected our children.



I was worked as Environmental engineer at ministry of agriculture (with temporary contract) and I have lost my job during the war. and there are no ways of obtaining income to meet my family basic needs (drinkable water, gas, food, hygiene products, … etc)
