Dear world and friends who support Gaza and its people, Please take a moment to read my story. I hope your hearts will respond to our call and that you will donate whatever you can to help us in these difficult times. I am Abdelhadi Bashir, living in the city of Deir al-Balah in Gaza with my family. We used to live a life full of dignity and happiness, surrounded by our loved ones in a beautiful home that tells the tales of unforgettable memories. But during the first month of the war, everything changed. Our home was destroyed in the massacre of our neighbors, and we miraculously survived but with minor injuries. With the war continuing for more than 9 months now, our daily lives have become filled with suffering. We are unemployed, and all our savings have been exhausted. Additionally, my parents' chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure, have worsened significantly due to the lack of medical care and necessary medications. We live in harsh conditions and need daily necessities: bread, vegetables, water, food, and all the essential needs for the family. Without your donations and financial support, we will not be able to endure or survive here in Gaza, nor will we be able to evacuate after the war ends and the Rafah crossing opens so that we can receive psychological treatment for the traumas we've faced and medical treatment for my parents abroad since most hospitals in Gaza have been destroyed. We are in desperate and urgent need of your help to rebuild our lives and homes. Your generous support will help us reach our goal and save our lives.
