We’re raising funds to help our amazing friend Abby get the mobility equipment and support she needs to pursue a dream that’s nothing short of extraordinary. Abby is working to join the Team USA roster for Paratriathlon—a huge honor and a testament to her strength, dedication, and unstoppable spirit!

Abby is one of the kindest, most optimistic, and determined people you’ll ever meet. She approaches every challenge with grace, grit, and a great sense of humor. Her positivity is contagious—she lifts up everyone around her and inspires us all to live with more courage and joy.

What many people don’t realize is that Abby personally covers the cost of all her equipment, including her everyday wheelchair, which isn’t covered by insurance. Competing at the elite level brings even greater financial demands—from specialized gear to travel expenses—all of which she funds on her own.

To continue training and competing at the highest level, Abby needs a new handcycle and triathlon equipment, which together cost around $20,000. She’s also preparing to train in multiple triathalons this summer—another expense she’s covering herself. These tools and opportunities are essential for her to perform as the world-class athlete we know she is.
