My name is Abby, and I am a freshman at Excel Academy High School. I am thrilled to share that I have recently been accepted by Brown University to attend a summer program for outstanding high school students. With a 3.9 GPA, I have worked hard in my studies while also being highly involved in the yearbook committee, school campaigns, and track and field. This opportunity is a dream come true for me, and I am eager to participate in this life-changing experience.

I have enrolled in a course called 'Empathetic Design: Walking a Mile in Someone Else's Shoes' because I am passionate about finding quick and helpful solutions to worldly problems. I know that this course will help me explore my academic interests and prepare for college. Students from all over the world attend these programs, and I am excited to learn from both my studies and my peers. While I have already received generous support from Brown, my school and family I still need to raise additional funds to help with program costs.

Me llena de alegría compartir que recientemente he sido aceptada por la Universidad de Brown para asistir a un programa de verano dirigido a estudiantes de secundaria destacados.
