Help Abbey Through Medical Challenges

Update 8/23/25

As we have been walking with Abbey with her current health challenges with her ruptured appendix, and upcoming surgery, the children’s Dad went into the ER with symptoms of not being able to use his hands or walk. He's been admitted to the ICU with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. Between his hospital stay, and moving to rehab, he will be out of work for quite some time.

Their family has been hit over and over again and they need our support, so I'm sharing the GoFundMe again!

Abbey has been on quite the journey for the last 3 years after losing her infant son and working through all the trauma from that, to now recently dealing with her own medical concerns.

Recently, Abbey had been experiencing what she thought was an ovarian cyst with a lot of pain. After doctoring it for one week, she went to the hospital and was admitted with an already ruptured appendix. Thank goodness her life was spared! Lots of tests were preformed during her stay and a drain was also put in to drain the fluid until the inflammation is less and she can get an appendectomy.

Abbey was home, but now readmitted with more fluid buildup. She's hoping to get the appendectomy sooner than later once all the inflammation goes down. Meanwhile at home, her family and church family are scrambling for child care for her four kids. If you don't know Abbey, she's an amazing person who loves the Lord and she's an amazing Mom to her four children. Abbey can not currently work doing cleaning jobs because of her health. With additional challenges at home, trying to juggle all her appointments, upcoming surgery, medical bills, all while raising four children.

I created this Gofundme to help with food to feed her family, gas money for all her appointments, childcare for her kids for all her upcoming appointments and her current hospital stay, and for medical bills.
