When you think about the word selfless and a person who emulates that, it is usually someone who dedicates their life to helping, inspiring and impacting others. Someone who brings sunshine into every day and cares more about making you smile than anything. Abbey is exactly that. She has dedicated her life to others. From being a personal trainer, to doing community service, being a rock for her friends and family - that go to person that everyone can count on. At just 27 Abbey was recently diagnosed with head and neck cancer. Over the next few weeks she will begin her difficult journey to fight this. Her family and friends will be doing the same. We all know the cost to not only pay medical expenses that come along with this battle but the cost of living comfortably throughout.

Any help you can give for Abbey and her family during this difficult time would mean so much. Let’s spread love and raise this selfless, beautiful woman up as she moves through these next few months.
