I'm asking for help for my brother, Aaron Fondren.
My name is Josephine Fondren. I'm Aaron's oldest sister, and I'm currently in Los Angeles, California.
Aaron just completed chemotherapy and radiation last week. He is now waiting to meet with his oncologist to determine whether surgery will be necessary as the next step in his treatment. While we are grateful he has made it through this phase, the journey is far from over.
At the same time, a recent winter storm has left him without power in Lafayette County (Oxford, MS) with limited cellular service and internet access, making it difficult for him to communicate or seek help on his own right now.
Aaron has exhausted his savings covering medical bills, travel for treatment, and basic living expenses. Unfortunately, more medical costs are still ahead, including follow-up appointments, possible surgery, medications, and recovery time that may prevent him from working.
We are asking for help to relieve some of the financial burden so Aaron can focus on healing, staying warm, and getting through the next phase of his treatment without the added stress of wondering how he will make ends meet.
Funds raised will go toward:
• Outstanding and upcoming medical bills
• Post-treatment care and possible surgery
• Living expenses during recovery
• Emergency needs caused by the power outage and winter storm
If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser means just as much. Every prayer, kind word, and act of support is deeply appreciated.
Thank you for standing with Aaron during this fight.
With gratitude,
Josephine Fondren
