My name is Aaron, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing one of the hardest times in my life. I’ve struggled with severe anxiety for years, and it recently led to a stroke. My anxiety makes it nearly impossible to hold a job—I’ve worked over 100 jobs in my life, but the overwhelming stress causes my heart to race, my chest to tighten, and my mind to spiral. When that happens, I have to stop everything and leave the situation, no matter how much I want to keep going.
On top of my mental health struggles, I’ve been through a lot of loss and pain. I’ve experienced emotional and physical abuse, lost both of my parents, and went through a heartbreaking divorce. I was taking care of my dad and living off that income, but since he passed, I’ve been surviving on two small life insurance policies. Now, those funds are about to run out, and I have no idea what I’m going to do next. Every day feels overwhelming, and even simple tasks are a struggle. I believe I may also have ADHD and PTSD from everything I’ve been through, and I often feel so depressed and alone.
I’m asking for help to cover my living expenses, therapy, and medical care so I can focus on healing and finding some stability. I would really appreciate your help, no matter what it is. I feel so alone, and I don’t want to be homeless. Thank you for reading my story and for any support you can give.
