Help Aaron get to the Aust Amateur Golf Champs
My name is Aaron Clarke and I'm a very proud Aboriginal man from the Mutti Mutti & Nukunu tribes and currently reside in Ballarat, Victoria.
Early last month in November, I won the 2019 National Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Golf Championships for the second time. As a result of me winning the NATSI Golf Championships this year, I have now received an exemption entry into the 2020 Australian Amateur Championships in Brisbane from Monday 13th January until Sunday 19th January.
This has been a life long career dream mine to have the opportunity to compete in the Australian Amateur Champs against the world best amateur golfers.
With the support of my local golf club, they are assisting me with setting up this campaign to help raise funds to help get me to Brisbane to be able to compete.
All donations from this campaign will go towards:
- flights, accommodation and daily travel expense to and from the golf courses each day in Brisbane.
- Tournament entry fees.
- some equipment purchases whilst at the tournament, and;
- other tournament related expenses.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and thank you in advance for your kind donations. Hopefully you’ll be seeing me on golf course in Brisbane 2020.
Cheers, Aaron
