The purpose of this GoFundMe is to raise funds for a new laptop. My current one has lasted me a good few years, but she's, como se dice, about to kick it. She has to be plugged in to stay on, overheats quickly, and the touch bar at the top of the keyboard flashes like she's at a rave. I've already had a few scares where I think she's down for the count, so I want to replace her before it comes to that. For a writer, a laptop is not a luxury but a necessity, so I'd appreciate your help.
