Hi, my name is Jeff Abbott, my 26 year old son Aaron Abbott could use a some help. Aaron is currently in an Atlanta hospital in need of a liver transplant. When Aaron was born he had a disease that caused liver failure. At 9 months old he received his first transplant. It was a total complete success. He has lived a wonderful life until 2 months ago when fell ill with fever and abdominal pain. Aaron has only been able to work a few days in the past 2 months. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
