Help Aaliyah a 9yr old gymnast get to America-Las vegas!

Hi, I’m Paris Aaliyah’s mum! I am reaching out for help for my daughter to raise funds for a once in a lifetime gymnastics journey to the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS IN AMERICA TO COMPETE!

A little story about Aaliyah and her gymnastics. Aaliyah is a very passionate 9 year old girl who has been doing gymnastics since she was 5 year’s old. Aaliyah is now an elite competitive gymnast and has travelled to Germany to compete representing her country and her gymnastics team Jumpz! She has competed, locally, nationally and internationally in Germany. She has won many medals and trophies for gymnastics. Aaliyah has been training passionately hard in her gymnastics journey to pass the qualifying score for the IGAIGC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS for this June 2025 in America – Las Vegas! A lifetime of memories to be made! This is where we need your help!! We are trying to raise funds for flights and accommodation only. Aaliyah has had to compete in mandatory competitions this season towards and pass scores to qualify for America. She has put in a lot of determination and time to perfect her routine and skills and has passed her scores.

Gymnastics unfortunately do not get recognised/noticed like other sports do and get sponsorship. We don’t have sponsorship to help fund these event’s.

I know some may not be interested like they are with regular sports, i.e. Football, rugby, boxing etc. But Gymnastics is an extremely difficult sport. It is classed as one of the most difficult sports in the world and to be able to master hard skills that can also be dangerous. Along side remembering a routine with choreography while also doing skills on 4 different apparatus, this should be recognised more. Gymnasts need to be perfectionists and constantly evaluate their routines and skills . Especially the one she’s learnt for America. The effort, hours and determination this girl has put into learning her routine and excelling difficult high risk skills to perfection for months for her to pass to go to America has been a lot of hard work, but she has shined and passed!

Aaliyah has ADHD and this sport has really helped her massively with her mental health. Her focus, determination, ability, mind and body. All the hours of hard work physically, emotionally and mentally has proven to be worth it. I really hope she can get to America to show her hard work to everyone else. I have never seen her feel and be so happy in such an amazing sport and environment. She is excelling more and more thanks to her coaches and herself!

I am a single parent, it is going to be near on impossible for me to do this alone and manage to get her to America in such a short space of time, hence the gofund me to help support her dream. I have never reached out for help, especially funding. I just want to try my hardest to get her to be able to have this experience as it doesn’t come often! I of course know there is a lot of pressure with the cost of living now but any help, will help. If you please can. everything adds up!

Please any donations, shares or support I cannot express how grateful we would be, to help to get a little girl to be able to go to America to compete with other amazing gymnasts and also have such an experience is a once in a life time opportunity for her. I already thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping in anyway. To be able to go to America to compete, meet people from all over the world, make friends, make memories and have that opportunity is absolutely magical. Any funds raised will of course be shown via social media and if possible perhaps the local papers!

Aaliyah recently went to Germany in December to compete that I funded for myself but I had plenty of time to save up but this time round it's a lot more and less time to do so! I have only included our flights and accommodation due to me having to still pay competition fees, coach fees, coaches flights and accommodation too!! So this will help ease off all the other payments needed to also be made by me.

I am 9 years old and I am a very good gymnast! I promise to show you all how amazing I am when I get back from America with my videos.
