Hello,
My name is Sam. I am fundraising for my friend, Juliet! He just turned 26 and as a young trans man, he is dealing with a lot of turmoil in this current political climate. Their current living situation is extremely unsustainable because of the constant abuse and neglect that he is dealing with on a daily basis! He would like to raise enough money to move out of Gettysburg, PA , away from his horrible family, and settle into a new life in either Pittsburgh or Philadelphia.
Juliet has been my friend for several years, and even though we first time met online (and a couple times IRL), they are one of my bestest friends and it pains me to see them stuck like this, when they deserve a good life and a peaceful life. A life where they can live as they truly are.
The goal for this fundraiser is to cover several things necessary for the move. Your donations will cover:
- Security deposit and first month's rent
- Moving truck (and possible movers)
- Groceries
- Pet fees (they have a cat named Moonbin)
