Hi, my name is Leah and I've made this go fund me page to raise enough money to get my partner back on the road. Marq is 20 years old and absolutely loves the scooter scene. His LMl Star scooter wasn't just his transport it was his passion and he loved nothing more than riding with me and with our local scooter club. Yesterday Marq was riding home from work when he hit a patch of mud. His scooter slid from under him . luckily throwing him clear but the scooter continued on into an oncoming car and bursting into flames on impact, destroying Marqs second love after me and also destroying the car. It was lucky that he was thrown clear and escaped with injuries to his thumb, cuts and severe bruising. Marq only had third party f and t so the damage to the car is covered but it leaves him scooterless and both only being on apprentice wages we just can't replace it.

Without it Marq can no longer travel to his job or enjoy a hobby that has made both of us many new friends and giving us experiences that we could never dream of having.

If any scooterists or even non scooterists would be willing to donate just £1 we can get him back on the road again.

I'm not expecting to buy something new or a Vespa or Lambretta but just something to get him back on the road once more and riding with myself and our extended scooter family
