My name is Amina, and I’m fundraising for my sister’s sister-in-law — a young, kind-hearted, and very intelligent woman from Pakistan who has just begun her married life.

Only a month after her wedding, she received devastating news: she has a brain tumour and urgently needs surgery. Her family is heartbroken and struggling to process this unexpected diagnosis.

She comes from a modest, middle-class background. Her father is not around, and while her brothers are doing their best, they don’t have the financial means to cover the cost of this life-saving surgery, which is around £2,200. In Pakistan, medical care must be paid for upfront — and without urgent intervention, her health will continue to deteriorate.

Despite everything, she remains strong, hopeful, and full of dignity. She’s always been known in her community for her gentle heart, sharp mind, and kindness toward others. Now, we are asking for kindness in return — from anyone who may be in a position to help.
