Hello, I am writing to share my recent diagnosis with stage four liver failure, which I received at the age of 26 and I have a 7 year old daughter. I am in need of a liver transplant and require financial support to cover additional expenses, including transportation and hospital visits from West Virginia, Ohio, to Pennsylvania.

As my treatment progresses, my husband will assume sole responsibility for our household expenses, and I am worried about our financial security, given my current contribution through two jobs.
