This is Sonam; I am writing on behalf of a young Indian couple, Amit and Sapna, in Northern India who are going to get married in October.

Due to the future husband’s father’s passing a year ago, the couple lacks sufficient funds to pay for their wedding as the father used to be the main wage earner.

In India, it is custom and culturally expected to hold quite extensive weddings with a large number of guests. Naturally, the costs are very high.

It would be a great relief for Amit and Sapna to get any help possible to cover at least some of the costs for their upcoming wedding.
